We are changing the community in which we live and work. As a responsible employer, we ensure that our employees work in a safe, healthy, and respectful environment. We want our employees to grow professionally and have the opportunity to positively impact their surroundings and support projects they care about. Therefore, we encourage every employee to help or engage in charitable or other beneficial activities.
The option to donate 1 % of paid taxes is a great way to support non-profit organizations and their projects. Employees suggest organizations, and we collectively vote on whom to support. So far, Cargo Wagon has supported the Svetielko nádeje foundation, Tamara Shelter in Trnava, Rescue System Slovakia, and the Plamienok non-profit organization.
Our employees engage in charitable or socially beneficial activities. We appreciate their responsible approach and support their initiatives, whether it's donating blood or making financial contributions to non-profit organizations. As part of our volunteer program, we also double any donation our employees choose to make on their own.
We actively participate in socially responsible activities organized in our hometown of Trnava. For example, we take part in corporate volunteering through the Naše Mesto initiative, help seniors during Christmas with the How Much Love Fits in a Shoebox project, and regularly support the local children's home, dog shelter, and the Pediatric Clinic of the Trnava Faculty Hospital.
Ethical conduct is a sign of our responsibility towards all our partners. Our good reputation and the trust of our business partners are among the most important values at Cargo Wagon. The Cargo Wagon Ethical Code outlines the rules for work performance, cooperation, relationships, including those between management and employees.
